  • Why should I choose the Handyman?

    Our handyman has over 5 years of experience serving customers’ needs in London, and we now also offer this service to Surrey’s KT postcode. When it comes to your valuable home, you shouldn’t underestimate the work that needs to be done. You need a professional and experienced company like us that will ensure the work you need is carried out to the highest standards and with the minimum of fuss and hassle.

  • Do I need a quote from you?
    If the task is relatively simple, our trained office staff will be able to estimate the time you will need.
    If the job is more complex, we will quote you a price.
  • Do I have to provide my own materials?
    If possible, it will save you time and money.
    If not, we will be happy to supply you with the materials but will charge you a 20% difference. A VAT sources charge of £15 may also apply. If you are charged this fee, you will not be charged the salesperson’s hourly rate either.
  • What happens at the end of the job?
    The dealer will show you a receipt for the job detailing what they did, plus any costs for materials, parking, etc.
    If you agree to the total amount, you can sign the receipt and the seller will follow up on payment over the phone.
    A receipt will then be emailed to you.
  • What happens if I am not happy with the work you have done?
    Fortunately, this is rare, but if it does happen, you should contact us and inform us of the problem.
